1. Shipping location and delivery time
Shipment location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Spain.
Processing time: Orders will be prepared and dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after placement (the period for customized products or promotions may be extended).
Transportation timeliness
Within Europe: 5-10 working days (Logistics providers may vary slightly by region).
International transportation: 10-20 working days (customs clearance time may affect the final delivery date).
2. Freight calculation
The shipping fee is automatically calculated based on the order weight and destination. The final amount will be displayed on the checkout page.
Free shipping offer: Orders within Spain over €50 are eligible for free standard shipping (for details, see the promotion).
3. Logistics tracking
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the logistics tracking number. You can track the status of the package through the official website of the cooperative logistics provider, such as Correos/DHL.

4. Delay and out-of-stock handling
If there is a delay due to inventory issues, we will notify you by email and provide a solution (replacement/refund).

You can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days after receiving the goods (provided that the items are unused and the packaging is intact).
The return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer. The return address will be provided along with the return instructions.
